She is not in the third season because she is filming an american movie, the messengers 2. Bella and Will are the two new charters in H2o. Bella is the newest mermaid dicho to bring new energy to the group. Will is a well trained diver who accdentily sets somthing off in the waters at Mako island that turns water against the girls.
I don't know how they will enter the show, but be prepaired for them.
