Heres my idea

Cormic Murphy (voiced by Colin Farrell) arrives in Liberty City from his native land of Ireland where he and IRA member Derrick McReary became close friends Cormic is saddened to hear from derricks brother Packie that Derrick is "No longer with us". Feeling in dept to the McReary family from a favor Derrick did for him years back, Cormic helps the McReary family break Gerry McReary out of prison and escort them out of Liberty City as the Ancelotti have become a major crime family in the Italian Mob and they hold a grudge against the McReary family because of the kidnapping of Giovanni Ancelotti's daughter Gracie. Cormic is told to drive the family to Trinity City (A city with resemblance to Boston) where they try to start over and prepare themselves for the war to come.
