In “Frozen Fever,” it’s Anna’s birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa’s icy powers may put more than just the party at risk.

Lasseter said, “it’s absolutely hilarious” on the making of special. That means it’s probably meant to be a comedy short like

My guess is that Elsa is ill while the party planning is going on. You know, like all the fan art out there of her sneezing snowflakes and whatnot. “

" might be an reference to her being sick. The second half of the logline, "but Elsa’s icy powers may put more than just the party at risk", hints that she’ll not be in total control of her powers. Didn’t we resolve that at the end of the movie? Well, if she’s ill, it could cause her to lose control without compromising the movie’s ending.

The song will probably be primarily sung by Kristoff, as both Jennifer Lee and the Lopezes have expressed regret for not giving Jonathan Groff a feature song. Since he and Elsa are planning the party, it possibly could be a Kristoff-Elsa duet to get Groff and Idinia Menzel singing together.

Anna will be around and oblivious to the planning. Kristoff and Elsa (and probably Olaf too) will be involved in slapstick comedy as they both try to plan the party in secret while dealing with Elsa’s powers being out of control and affecting more than just the party planning. It’ll look like they won’t get things right, but at the last second, everything will fall into place and Anna will be delighted with the celebration. Elsa and Kristoff will exchange a knowing glance, there will be one last gag, and that’ll be it.
