Do I need to message a mod to get a spot's icon/banner changed?

For two spots I'm a fan of (one with 900 fans and the other with 9,000 fans), I made encuestas for a new icono and banner and people voted and chose their fav. However, it's been 4 days since these encuestas ended and the spots haven't been updated.

Should I message a mod to ask them to change it, o will the spot look be updated eventually and I should just be patient?

Well, the icono and banners were officially changed for both spots. If a mod saw my complaining and then changed it for me then thank you, guardian mod!

It depends on how tu made these encuestas to choose the new icono and banner. If tu used the new "suggest a banner/icon/background image" feature, it ought to change automatically to the winning image a little while after the encuesta closes. If tu used a normal poll, tu need to message either the club creator o one of the F4 as before.

I used the "suggest a new blank" feature, so that's why I'm perplexed that they haven't been changed. I thought it was automatic but I guess not.

It took 4 days after the encuesta closed, and 12 hours after making this question. Not sure which was responsible for the update.
