How do I change my avatar?

I want my own picture instead of the green head thingy. Can someone help me? I'm new.

First tu go to your fotos on your profile. Then tu look for subir new foto and then tu click it then tu have the option of selecting any foto tu have from your harddrives. The rest is self-explanatory.
