Is it normal for a new comer in fanfiction.net to be unable to post a story right after signing in?

After signing in, I immediately pressed the publicar button on the left side but it dicho that I won't be able to post a story right away because of 2 reasons: I was a new comer and some other reason... Is this normal? When can I start posting my fan fics.?

I don't know anymore how long tu will have to wait.

Have tu accepted the guidelines? tu have to do this every once in a while to keep posting. Just sign in, go to the publicar tab, and then click rules and guidelines. Click the link on the bottom of the page and tu should be set!

Yep. It's to prevent spam. At least, that's what it says. tu have to wait like 48 hours. (Which sucks. >.<)
