If anybody writes the 'Reading the...' fanfictions (e.g. 'Reading the Harry Potter books')I was wondering how tu do that. Do tu just type out the chapters in the book? Just wondering... Thanks! x

Well, I don't write them, but I can say from what I've read that pretty much all the people do is type up the actual text from the actual book and then insert the comments. Do tu mind me asking what fandom tu write for?

I've come across some of these which do quote sections on the original text. But I think this might be against fanfiction.net's rules, maybe depending on how much is quoted. It'd probably be a better idea to briefly describe which scene o chapter the characters have just read, and focus más on their reactions to it.
