	girly_girl picked Yes! Lets change both!: Okay so I still like the current banner and icon but a change is always good! Eleven and Amy have had some great moments that could make the spot banner look amazing! <3 So the idea is, if most people vote 'yes' for a change, then I'll open a forum for people to submitt their banner and icons. Then, I'll make a pick so people can choose the banner and then the icon! And you could even suggest mottos too!
