I'm not sure who "Drako" is, but it's not weird (or uncommon) for people to look like other people. DraCo doesn't exactly have any odd features -- blonde hair, blue/grey eyes, pointed face. That's a pretty common descripción of a lot of people.

And Tom Felton isn't exactly abnormal looking either: slim, tall(ish), brown hair, blue eyes, pale skin. There's nothing odd o unusual about the way Draco o Tom look, so there's no reason for it to be odd for your uncle to look like him.
