It has to be Sher Khan o Scar! They tried to kill a kid! Like Mowgli would seriously get his hands on a gun if he lives in the jungle. Besides, Mowgli loves animals. Simba was Scar's own nephew! Killing a family member for a stupid reason is just well, STUPID! They're scary because they can rip apart anyone in 10 segundos with their sharp teeth and claws! They both freak me out a little but I amor them! XD
Frollo probably when he sings " Hell fuego ", Ursula and Gaston always made me laugh and feel scared at the same time. Ursula starts out as some fat lady with a grudge but she goes control freak nuts on the ocean people. Gaston is a stuck up weirdo to a smothering bastard that wont take no for an answer.
Oogie Boogie. Not only is he an eyeless, stitched-up sack filled with BUGS, but he's the bloody Boogieman! Thousands of children fear him. And he's also killed many people before, as seen in his lair (skeletons).
