As for Ariel's ballgown, the color doesn't compliment Ariel at all, especially her red hair, and I'm not a huge fan of the puffy sleeves.

My next choice would be Cinderella's pink ballgown.

Ariel's hair does not look like ketchup. Secondly, Ariel looks worse in that green dress that Disney constantly sticks her in, when it is nowhere in her movie. Even though they market her in it, it makes her look like a Christmas tree ornament. No other Disney princess is made to look like that. *I dislike the green dress, and think they should discontinue it*

By far, this is the look that just seems to me like Belle is in pajamas. I mean, Ariel's dress at least looks like a proper princess gown--- while this one resembles a bathrobe. Really?

I'm also not fond of Giselle's. It's like Giselle's wearing a full slip, not a gown.

@Gabby: Tired of hearing people hate on the color of Ariel's hair, and then also hate every single one of the outfits she wears.

Part of the charm is lost on me. It's the same deal each time we do "the dress countdowns." People vote Ariel out first. I think I'll quit with participating. Most of the stuff that will be in the final countdown is not something I'd ever wear.

I differ in my dress choices from everyone else here in this club. Which is frustrating, but not something that will change.

I agree with @LMH5113, I don't like the color combination.

I also agree with @wavesurf. I don't have a problem with red hair on pink although I do think coral pink would have looked better on Ariel than bubblegum pink like in the movie. But I don't get all the hate for her dress and I also am not a fan of the green dress they've put her in for the past few years. She really does look like a Christmas ornament and not a flattering one.

I agree with wavesurf and asteriamalfoy on that this is better than that horrid green dress (she indeed looks like a Christmas tree with that) and that her hair doesn't look that bad with the pink dress, but I just prefer the other outfits here.

@AudreyFreak: Not to upset you or anything, but no--- I don't see where people consistently like Ariel's hair. They don't love the color of Ariel's hair. They say it has no definition and looks like a pillow. They often dislike everything about it.

And what's funny, is nobody compares Belle's hair to the color of mud, which is sort of really resembles. No one compares Merida's hair to the shade of carrots. No one talks about Mulan, Tiana, Jas, or Poca's hair resembling the color of charcoal. And no one says that the shade of Rapunzel's and Aurora's blonde curls resembles a hay bale. But these same people feel completely free to compare Ariel's hair to ketchup. I want this to stop, because I find the comparison to ketchup to be really petty and low. Truly unsavory comparisons can be made about the hair color of other princesses, too.
