Since, 30th position is a tie, I have moved to 28th position directly, skipping over 29th.

I vote for Ray again, as before. Apart from being annoying and delusional. As a character, I also find him completely unoriginal after Sebastian.

I didn't enjoy any of his scenes and I basically just find him obnoxious.
