No, Hunter Parrish is not Diane Neal's child. For God's sake, Diane Neal was born in 1975 and Hunter Parrish was born in 1987. That would have made her a 12 año old mother. Diane Neal has no children. She married Marcus Fitzgerald in 2005. It is a first marriage for both of them and they do not have children as of yet.
