what season does buffy Die?

Buffy dies in season 1, the episode name is Prophecy Girl. She dies a 2nd time in season 5, the episode name is The Gift. She does get shot in season 6, the episode name is Seeing Red, but she does not die.

In the season 1 finale she gets bit por the master and drowns, but Xander revives her.
In the season 5 finale she jumps to her death to close a portal, but is brought back por Willow, Xander, Anya, and Tara in the beginning of season 6.
She gets shot por Warren near the end of season 6 in the same ep where Tara dies, but Willow saves Buffy.
