Definitely Gin. Kamishini No Yari is just so epic... I would have that over most of the Zanpakutous in Bleach.

Kamishini No Yari blows Tensa Zangetsu out of the water, sorry Ichi-Chan but ginebra is and always will be the most BAMF of Soul Society and It is a real and true shame that he died :'(
