I have an original batman Returns Catwoman action figure from 1990-1991(?), it has a manufacturing packaging flaw, it is in a batman Returns 'The Penguin' package. It has never been opened and I am looking for consejos on what it might be worth

I got it in 1991 for navidad one año and it has never been opened. It's a batman Returns Catwoman action figure inside a batman Returns 'The Penguin' package.
