Help! How do tu unhide invisible folders in mac?

My USB looks like this in my mac and i can't open any folders. Also, the ones that I can actually open are faded. Can anyone please help me? I have important stuff in my USB and I'm scared they might disappear.

It looks like some of the files on your screenshot are PC applications (files ending in .exe), meaning tu can't use them on other operating systems.

However, unless tu actually borrar them manually o your USB gets corrupted, none of your files should disappear. But if tu are at all worried, I recommend tu back them up somewhere else just in case (i.e. on your Mac o any other computer tu own) once tu have unhidden them and can see them again.
