I am here as an Anime Fan cause I love an enjoy lots of Anime. But when I read the my review of Sailor Moon Article I saw someone bashing on Sailor Moon and calling it cheesy. Of course everyone I entitled to their own opinions. But come on this is called the Anime Fan Club and not the Anime Hate Club. If you get what I am saying please tell me. I wish people would stop writing articles about Anime they hate without actually giving real convincing proof. Calling An Anime cheesy and predictable is an opinion. I am an Anime Fan and does not like to read articles on the Anime Fan Club that is for Haters and not fans. And yet people wanna bash and hate in some Anime publicly. If that is the case than why not just go to a different website and hate on a certain Anime they don't like. This is not the right Anime website to be posting Anime and knocking and hating on Anime they do not like.

AND FOR ANOTHER THING IF SOMEONE IS GOING TO HATE ON AN ANIME THEY SHOULD AT LEAST EXPLAIN WHY IT SUCKS AND NOT GIVE AN OPINION ON IT. SO PEOPLE WHO WRITE DUMB THINGS BAD ABOUT SAILOR MOON ON AN ANIME FAN CLUB SHOULD STOP. THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT CLUB AND WEBSITE FOR THAT.

Calling an anime 'cheesy' isn't really hate. Nor is predictable. Some anime series are just perceived that way by some people, because everyone has a different idea of what is good, bad or average when it comes to it. The trouble is, your acknowledging that people have opinions, then saying that 'hating' on anime isn't okay, when the 'hate' you listed was someone calling it predictable and cheesy. That's contradicting yourself. In all honesty, I think this poll sucks and it's just appealing to people who want to have a big rant about something that didn't need to be said, raved about and made into a bigger deal than it really is.

Also, typing in caps is really not going to help your cause. You can yell, scream and have a tantrum all you like, but it won't change anything. People are people and there will always be others who don't agree with you and don't like the things that you like... they'll call things that you like names like 'cheesy' or 'predictable', because that's their opinion and they are entitled to it. And, yes, this is the anime club... just because they called Sailor Moon something you didn't like, doesn't mean they don't like anime. Perhaps they just don't like that particular one? Who knows. At the end of the day, this is the internet and you're just going to have to deal with it, because that's just how it is.

@Blackphanther the person also said they hated the Anime as well. So by what I said was actually right. Not just about Sailor Moon I read an article on the Anike Fan Club that bashed on Ouran High School Host Club mg Favorite Anime. The person last month I read the article. The person said Ouran Host Club is a sucky show for an Anime it just sucks how guys are guy hosting a Host Club. Saying stuff like that should nor be allowed in the Anime Fan Club. Saying an Anime sucks I know people have there opinions. But this is not the right website to being saying a certain Anime sucks and they hate it. I only listed some of the hate that people post on the Anike Fan Flub and not all of it yet cause I don't wanna keep typing so much this late at night.

And I know that its the internet and I am going to have to deal with it. But if people don't like it when someone on the Anime Fan Flub talks bad about Naruto Shippuden than I have my rights as well tk not want people to talk bad about Ouran High School Host Club and Sailor Moon which is both very highly popular Animes. This is not the right website for posting hate towards Anime they don't like. Can't you agree with that? ^ You know, I can't understand how you don't see how you are contradicting yourself. They are opinions and you're gonna have to start being more tolerant, because, as you keep saying, people are entitled to opinions - just because you don't like those opinions, doesn't mean you should act like this about it. People can voice their likes and dislikes with anime, it's only normal.

The ones that do nothing but hate on a series are incredibly petty though....because I wonder just why would they spend so much time and effort on something that doesn't bring them joy?

But if someone hates on Naruto here (and golly gee does it happen a lot...) I don't mind it, because I've read it all before, nothing new or interesting really, just same ol' hate. Will need to take something really original to make my feathers ruffled when it comes to Naruto hate lmao...

Some people love Sailor Moon, some people hate it.
Some people think Sailor Moon herself is an awesome heroine, some others think she's an annoying crybaby and should be switched out.
Does it matter? No, because everyone have right to their own opinions.
Saying things like "I hate Black Butler" or "Naruto sucks" or "Hetalia is the worst anime ever" in this club isn't against any rules and the fans are certainly not being rude. As a fan of all three anime (and manga), I don't care if someone would say they hate the anime or my favorite characters. As long as they don't go to personal attack against other fans or go to those clubs and start bashing, they're not doing anything bad. I have to respect their opinions, just like they have to respect mine. You just have a problem with accepting that people have different opinions than you do and that you also have to respect /their/ opinions.
If someone had gone to the Fairy Tail club and started to bash the anime, it would be something to react to, but accusing someone for being a bad fan just because she/he doesn't like the same things you do or doesn't like every single anime is just annoying and wrong.
You're basically saying that we have to like the same things as you do and if we don't, we're bad people who hate anime.
If you want to be respected, you need to respect others first. And if you don't want "problems", follow the rules.

And like I've told you before, just because you see someone do it, doesn't mean it's right and it certainly does /not/ give you permission to do the same. Two flaws does /not/ make one right.

But you are right about one thing - This club is a club for people who love anime and we have to respect each other. Now if we're talking about just the anime fan club in general I feel like it's fair game. With this spot there's just so much diversity and such an insane amount of different opinions and view-points. Hate is inevitable. I can see you getting annoyed if the hate is daily but if it's only a few times then I'd just ignore it.
Since this isn't a fan club for any one specific anime there's gonna be a degree of hate on most any anime discussed. That's just how it is. And since it isn't a fan club for any specific it's not really spamming or against the rules to post hate.

Yeah it's annoying to see your favorites bashed over on this spot. Trust me Naruto gets a lot of flack for being popular. But you can't really censor people (so to speak) here. So I just try to ignore it.

Naturally I would completely agree with the 'this is a fan spot not a hate spot' mentality. But I think it's different in this case because (as I said before) it's a club for a whole entire genre. Not everyone likes every anime under the sun. Going back to the country music example; I like Luke Bryan but I don't care for (okay so I really don't hate any so we'll just go with) Sam Hunt. I personally simply avoid talking about Hunt, but it isn't rude to vocalize my dislike of him since it isn't the Sam Hunt fan club.
Sometimes people just need a place to get it all out. I like having the freedom to talk about why I don't like a certain anime. I try to do it respectfully of course. And this is actually a pretty appropriate place to do so.

As long as it isn't on the certain anime fanclub or the person isn't pinpointing a person to give the hate to. Then there is no problem with it. But on this club, when there are polls asking you if you like an anime or which one you prefer, then you should be aloud to say if you don't like it or not. Everything is fine as long it isn't attacking others or spamming its own fanspot with hate.

Everyone I don't think we need to take what this person is saying seriously, I know I've been gone for a year, but isn't this that Miku user we were having trouble with that long ago? Is this still them? Did they come back? I remember they used to do stuff like this, then make new accounts named after certain characters to do it all again.

Making polls and questions such as "Which anime do you like the least?" isn't hate.
There's a difference between only an opinion and actual bashing. Rude people would be people who don't like anime, yet they go to anime fanclubs and attack anime fans or the anime in general.
But if they are anime fans who simply answer a question, it's not hate.

I know this because one, you said it that it was SM hate article.I also know this because you put my pictures that I used in my article in the poll and I am well aware that you like SM but, I did say at the top of the article that this would have a lot of rants. How a person bashed and hated on the Anime. This is the Anime Fan Club and should not have hateing on a certian Anime. If someone likes the Anime thats on them. If they hate it than they don't need to post hate about it nobody cares weather someone hates Ouran High School Host Club or not. So they should not make Articels about hating on the Anime.

@VocaChan i did not mean to remove your No question on the list. Forgive me for that. But everyone people gets mad at me when i say i don't like Naruto Shippuden that much. But when i make an issue about someone hating on Ouran High School Host Club. How does that make me the bad guy here? I don't understand it. ^If I watched season one only then, how did I know who Sailor Saturn is?(who I said showed up near episode 100) Again I watched passed season 1 and I know a lot about it. Why won't you believe me on that?My criticisms against it wasn't invalid. Who's this mysterious character who looks just like our main character? Or how about who is Tuxedo Mask, not Darien I'm sure of it? Uh, Oh Sailor Moon is in a battle is she going to win or loose? Point being it has a lot of cliches and by the way I do have more reasons for hating SM then it's cheesy and Predictable. I just announced that since it fuel the other problems. Like for example it effected the emotion and the characters deeply which is something I already explained in detail in that article but, I can announce more problems with it. The romance sucks it's your prince charming and Cinderella type of romances, it doesn't try to be funny, complex, or distinct. It's just plain and boring part of romance, nothing else. I can name a whole list of things that are a flaw in Sailor Moon because it's too cheesy and predictable; The characters are one of the things that are largely effected by it because they have to fit that standard of being 1930's characters so, more then half the characters are either annoying,bland, pure good or pure evil. (I already explained why the emotion is effected by it so, we can skip that). The tense action scenes are obviously effected by it since we already know what'll happen in them and who'll win. The universe is also effected because of they need to make room for the always popular high school setting/plot against the, awesome galaxy story/plot. The big picture is that a lot was effected because of that one and main problem. The reason why I didn't want to go through and tell everyone every problem in Sailor Moon is to make room for some positive.Instead of going all out rant on everyone. Which should be more then enough reasons to hate it, in my opinion.

@PeacefulCritic. Well, it's more the point that she was a spammer from more than a year ago, as pumpkinqueen pointed out... I'd be more than willing to give her another chance, though, if she is capable of changing and not doung what she did with all the other accounts and getting herself banned for spamming stuff that doesn't belong on this is club, arguing with people constantly and getting mad at people who genuinely disagree with her. *sighs heavily* You... you really just don't get it, do you? No one has a problem with you not liking Death Note or Naruto. What they have a problem with is you, personally. I know that's going to come off as rude, but this is the only way I am able to explain it to you. You did not get a boat load of comments on your other poll because people were upset over it. You got those comments because you flipped out and caused a scene when people didn't agree with you while you still acted like the victim.

People are allowed to say they don't like Naruto on the Anime club. People are also allowed to say they don't like Sailor Moon on the Anime club. Most of us don't give a shit what you like and don't like - what we do give a shit about is your complaining when people express their dislike over something you do like, and then going around and doing the same to us, all the while stating "this is okay because you guys did this to me! but don't insult my favorite anime that hurts my feeling". It's frustrating to quite a few of us.

I think people have the right to speak if they hate or love a certain anime; freedom of speech,democracy...etc. This especially goes to the "in general" club like this one, it doesn't necesary mean that you can only meet and talk about with those who like the same shows as you do,there are bound to have those who have different opinion on the matter. In individual clubs though,you can have that chance to meet fans that do have the same opinion,that's why i prefer it there. (and because i don't want to flood my updates from just one club) However, like i said,this doesn't necesarily apply much to the "in general" club,as you are free to say things that go beyond one subject and side,although it is much better if people are not "butt hurt" easily and biased about these differing opinions.

I'd much prefer people being sensible with each others' opinion and be mature about this...not like how most You Tube comments tend to be nowadays,now that's one hell of a ride. Respect each other's opinions,people! and if the other party refuses then just ignore and move on...or better yet,explain how they are being immature and biased THEN move on...that is my opinion.

@ Nagisa // First, the "I didn't mean to remove it" is a total lie. You don't click on "delete" by accident like that. Especially since you have to /confirm/ that you want to remove it. I know very well that you removed it because it disagrees with your statement and also had the most votes.

Second, expressing your opinion here is fine. The person who wrote the article has every right to write that she/he doesn't like Ouran and why as long as the person doesn't spam hate, attacks other fans or goes to the wrong club (Which would be the Ouran fanclub).

Third, your statement "I don't want to fight. I just want to be friends" is also a huge lie. If you want to be friends, why do you attack someone else's opinion? Why do you tell people they're wrong about their opinions? If you want to be friends, accept the other fans' opinions. Even if their opinions are completely different from yours.

And lastly, your other statement "This isn't the right club for that" is bullshit. You claim that the person who wrote about Ouran has no right to write that, yet you spam irrelevant things in this club. For example, the posts and polls about Miku, who can't be posted here since she has nothing to do with anime. If an anime character had been with her, it would be relevant since it would have an /anime/ character in it.
And when I told you /nicely/ that Vocaloids things belong in the Vocaloid club, not the anime club, you told me that you /don't care/ if Miku is anime or not, you'll post things with her in the anime club anyway.

Here's an advice, quit lying and accept that the person who wrote the article about Ouran did /not/ break any rules on Fanpop. I haven't read the person's article, but I'm pretty sure that if she/he had been offending or rude, more people than you would've cared. In fact, the article wouldn't even exist anymore if it had been against the rules. The fans would've reported it as abusive or offensive and it should've been removed. /You/ on the other hand did break the rules by spamming /and/ submitting miscategorized things.
And based on what others have said here, you've apparently done this before.

The person doesn't like Ouran. Accept it, respect it and move on. Unless the person goes to the Ouran club and posts the article there or attacks you or anyone else, you can't claim that the person is doing something bad.

I suggest that you listen to our words and stop acting like you don't know what you've done. We all can see that your "innocent" talk is just a desperate attempt to get out of trouble.

@Everyone I messaged a friend or someone I wanna become friends with about this.
But what happened was I was going through my messages and I seen it said shut up! I read it to see if it was a joke ok. And the person called me gay for liking Ouran High School Host Club and saying that Tamaki Suoh dresses up as a gay girl and that I should not be a member of the Ouran High School Host Club Fan Club.

I used to get bullied and picked up at school my best friend Brandon his step brother Michael would pick on me call all my Anime gay cause he hated Anime well some he liked. But anyways when I would go to the bathroom he would come in and push the door open on me and look at me and say I am making out with a gay guy. And I used to get made fun of by the guy for some of the Anime I liked. I got into a fight with him he busted my green tea glass bottle I got from Circle K Store cause my dad bought it for mw before school and he gave me a black eye. I used to get picked on alot.

I am not trying to start problems with people bit you guys made mw mad I wanted to explain this to all of you. That I got messaged and called gay and stupid for liking Ouran Anime. The thing that happened was Tamaki saw how the girl's all girl school was trying to recuite Haruhi Funioka with there fancy dance's and beautiful dresses. And so Tamaki and the Host Club dressed up as girls to prove themselves equel to win Haruhi Gujioka back to the Host Club and it worked. That's all that happened in a one of theepiaodes in Ouran High School Host Club Anime. I got bashed for liking that Anime. So I in turn tried to stop the guy or girl there prother did not say what gender they are. I tried to stop them by me bashing on an Anime they like. I was doing it to get the person to learn that if they don't like there Anime being hated on than I don't like being told hurtful things about the Anime I love so much. I was not trying to start fights with anyone. And I never expected for so many peopl to comment and bash me for this. I was trying to do this to get the guy to leave me alone and I was hoping that someone would stick up foe me while I was getting bullied and made fun of by someone on Fanpop just cause I love Ouran High School Host Club. But no the person said they say this poll and saw that nobody agrees with me and that I should just delete my Fanpop account and give up liking Anime and Ouran Anime. The person messaged me and laughed at me and called me a gay baby.

I was trying to tell you people about this and what was going on and how I was getting messaged and bullied online. Bit instead I got told how wrong I am. Maybe I did not explain this correctly cause I was a little mad at the time when I made this poll. But still I wish there would be at least someone who will be willing to help me and stick up for me and help me deal with this person who keeps messaging me and bulling me about the Anime that I like.And always calling me gay on top of it. It brings back bad memories of me getting bullied and picked on by my beat friend Brandon's step brother Michael and I don't like to be bullied nobody does. That's all I was trying to say to all of you. I must of not worded it right. And I am sorry for making you guys mad at me. Besides, my option had nothing to do with you and was not rude in any way. It said "No. They have right to their own opinions". What's so rude and offensive about that? Nothing.

If you're having trouble with a person on Fanpop or any other website, report the person, report the message that you find insulting and then /block/ the person.

@NagisaFurukawa: ummm...actually what i'm trying to say is that you and others are allowed to hate or love different animes but you have to be mature about it which means you are allowed to "bash"/state an opinion on animes you prefer/do not prefer as long as you are not biased and show respect to other opinions and another thing...

Being in an club doesn't mean you can only say "i like this..." and "i like that...". Being in a club does not mean you can forbid members to say their opinions,whether it contrasts yours or not. Being in a club means taking an interest in a particular subject and giving members the freedom to share their likes and dislikes relating to the group and most of all accepting the personal opinions of each member of said club. Because you can't have the positives without the negatives,they are like two sides of the same coin and you have to just accept the fact and move on.

But people should not make fun of someone who liking an Anime that they don't like espicelly when it comes to someone who knows not much about Anime it seems like. Not talking about you. It is easier for Fanpop to deal with them if you don't pay them any mind. Just report them with the correct reasoning, send them a link, and the matter is done.

yeah it's REALLY annoying. I joined the fan club for Fairy Tail and someone put up multiple polls asking people to choose between anime that has nothing to do with Fairy Tail. That kinda got me mad, so I politely told the person that this is a Fairy Tail fan club, so if they wanna ask those question, the fan club Anime would be the place to go.

Right now I am trying to finish up watching Hayate the Combat Butler season 1 English Dub and Sister Princess season 1 English dub on DVDS that my little brother has. He does not have all the Sister Princess Anime DVDs and I have to watch Hayate the Combat Butler Anime season 1 in English dub on YouTube cause of the fact I bought a Hayate the Combat DVD Vol 2 from Bookmens and it ended up being in English subbed with subtitles and not in English Dub.

@NagisaFurukawa You could always report the player or challenge him to a debate. That might work out. You also could be so uncomfortably nice to him so, he'll shut up. Or another option is to not tolerate it by telling him bluntly what he's doing is wrong and explain that to him.There's actually a lot of options, the only thing you have to do is pick one.Mr.enter probably could help you with that problem though.

A lot of the stuff in the forum is old but you can tell just by the syntax if not the subject matter, that it is the same person. I'm not trying to bring up the past I'm just putting this out as a fair warning to anyone who isn't familiar with this user. Good luck, Fanpop is pretty broken as far as reporting/banning users. You can talk to this user all you want and you'll most likely get nowhere. Last year it became a big ordeal and I just don't want to see the same thing I and other users had to go through with them last year happen again to other users. I really wish I could say just ignore them, but this has actually been going on for a very, very long time now; there really isn't anything left to do, nothing works. Screenshot whatever you can is my only word of advice if anyone is really looking to start this up.

I'm not still mad at this user or anything from what happened last year, this is purely just because I don't want to see what happened last year happen again. Many people have already figured out that it either is the same person, or that there is something weird with the account, I just wanted to put those people at ease. Troll or immature person either way they have no intention of leaving.

Hey folks, just to chime in here; it's totally fine (according to Fanpop rules) to disagree and debate things. It's NOT ok to make threats, personal insults, and other attacks including excessive profanities.

We're taking a different approach to moderation. People here for the most part are pretty mature and we think they can learn to get along or ignore people who make them unhappy.

On the other hand, there's this 1% of the population that is just psycho and enjoys trolling others. Those we ban for life. Please report them, and directly message us if the moderation team misses them.

If you're going to report someone, make sure they are one of those 1%s. If they are just disagreeing with you, try to resolve it peacefully and ignore them. It's not like they can get up in your face online.

If there's an example of a PERSONAL INSULT, ATTACK, OR THREAT, cut and paste it into the report, link the report, and either report or message us. Ignore the attacker and do everyone a favor so that we can nail them for good. Don't just send a useless empty report. They will be gone forever.
