Honestly got tired of putting Asuka o Mado here, so here's an unpopular one: Toru Hagakure from My/Boku no Hero Academia. Not only her entire purpose in the anime is just a stupid gimmick, but she has one of the most generic plus annoying personality I've ever fucking experience! I'm not gonna post a picture of her since she's pretty much invisible anyway.
