I HATE Shou Tucker from FulMetal Alchemist. If you've watched FMA, I doubt I need to explain why I hate him so much. I would honestly attempt human transmutaion just to bring him to life for the sole sake of killing him. Every time I see his face, it fils m with so much rage, I have the sudden urge to go out and kill something. And give as many white perros hugs.

Zed from Kiba. He's infuriatingly stubborn, never gets severely punished for the crap he pulls, and is as cliche as tu can get minus the good qualities of a main character (positive role model, helpful, etc.)
