Mina Tepes from Dance in the Vampire Bund. She is similar to Hazuki from Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase in they both have a manservant. Mina is also similar to Miyu from Vampire Princess Miyu in they both come from powerful, noble, and royal vampire families

Arcueid Brunestud(The Vampire) from Tsukihime.
Kirino Chiba from Bamboo Blade

They both have Red eyes and Blond hair.

Subaru from Diabolik Lovers: Silent type who gets easily angered and has destructive outburst. But can be occasionally sweet. Rough past. This series is ongoing so I'm still not 100% sure how his character will develop.

Looks like... Zero from Vampire knight (vampire, the uniform, white hair, and darkish anime style) crossed with Saito from hakuouki Shinsengumi (one eye covered hair style)

Acts like... Kyo and "Black" Hatsuharu from Fruits Basket. Subaru and Kyo both grew up unwanted and vent their anger on others.
