Post an anime character that has no shame

I think Haruhi Suzumiya (seen here pictured with Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu's main character, Kyon) falls into that category as she doesn't care what other people think about her which makes me admire her attitude.

When in the mood she can wittingly sexually harass other anime characters without anyone knowing XD
But I saw through it, she definitely meant something in this scene... she just dicho that while picking her nose, she has no shame XD

Nyarko-san's not ashamed.

Simca from Air Gear has no problem of mostrando her body naked to others! Most of the time she dresses in revealing clothing and she is also rather blunt, speaking freely about sensitive topics.

At least episode 5 seems to mostrar that she doesn't seem that embarrassed to have her traje de baño be torn up like that.

Mephisto really gives no fucks about what other people think of him.
What's that, tu just insulted him in the most rude way known to man? He just laughs.
tu think he dresses weird and he gets odd looks for his outfit? Well, he likes the way he dresses, so why should he care what others think?
Not to mention, he only does things to benefit himself, nobody else. He has no shame in what he does o how people think of him. He is flashy, flamboyant, flirts with any lady he gets the chance to, and thinks very highly of himself.
He, por far, gives the least fucks out of all the characters in Blue Exorcist.
