@TheTimmeh Because I think the animación is very bland and basic, the designs are generic and lame, the characters are either bland o annoying but either way are stereotypes, the jokes are horrible, it has a lot of misceláneo and stupid moments, a lot of plot points don't add up o develop the characters o the story, the story is pretty unfocused (though I hear it became más focused in season 2), and no matter how interesting the mystery is that doesn't make up for it's problems. I will admit that the idea is an interesting concept. The idea of two kids going to a town where there is a HUGE mystery, they are surrounded por colorful characters, and come across paranormal creatures and elements is a great idea. But the execution is done poorly. The idea doesn't make up for any of its problems. But I'm trying not to step on too many toes because I know a lot of people really amor this mostrar (for reasons that I don't get but to each their own). hace más de un año

^ I respect your opinion, but if tu haven't seen season two at all, I highly suggest tu give it another try. It gets a lot más serious. The plot points don't seem to add up, but as the mostrar goes on they all tie in together. The background art for Gravity Falls is some of the best art for any tv animated show. I highly suggest tu give it another go, but tu do tu boo boo hace más de un año

I amor that show, especially its 2nd season. It's funny, interesting, edgier than other animated disney shows, and has great, memorable characters and a story line that has some great moments. I also like the animación style and I amor the setting and the fact that it is based on mystery. I like that it isn't afraid to be kind of dark at times but is always funny as well. I think it's one of the best made and most intelligently written animated shows at the moment. hace más de un año

@Kataralover, season 1 was fine but it was nothing compared to season two, it is quite fantastic. If tu haven't seen it, check it out because the few people I know who didn't like it at first changed their minds after watching season 2. It gets más serious, their are más surprises, it becomes darker and funnier, and the characters begin to develop more. The last two episodes are particularly great. I do respect your opinion though I disagree with tu :) hace más de un año

the season finale of season one is what hooked me. before it was an igneous shoe, but after that everything was different. hace más de un año
