How do I like o reply to a comentario now?

With every video on the new YouTube, most of the comentarios have no buttons to like them o reply to them. There are a lot that I really want to like o reply to but there seems to be no way now.

That does seem like the only way. I don't think it actually alerts them though.

Same here with me, I will admit, I do not like the decision of the Google+ connection to YouTube in order to comentario on videos because tu can't reply to legacy comentarios and tu also can't up vote o down vote any of them either and that sucks, I have this problem too! XP
The only thing I like about this decision is that I can type as many character letters than before. :)
