He was born in gothem and got bullyd his entyre live, por evryone exept from 1 person Barbra Gordon, she was the only person his ages thad was kind to him, and they became best friends over time, one día in hischool he disedet he had anof of it.

He was aressted but Barbra convinced her dad (comisiner Gordon) to try and help him, this led to him being send to Arkham Asylem instead of facing a long prison centace.
In arkam he met Harley Quinn and the Joker, who sarted trianing him, toug this was mostly Harley who became like a segundo mother to him, always being there fore him, Jokers trianging came down to being beaten to learn to tolerate pain.
Tanks to Harley he trived in Arkham nobady dearing to touce him building a reputation of being a greath gunman.
He exkaped together whit Harley and Joker, comitiing crimes whit them and living whit them, Haley continuwsly nursing him back to health when he got woundet, somting whe cotinuws to do to this día if he asks her to.
Advantly Piengwing askt fore his help, he refused, in respose peingwing took his parends hostages, whitc he saved and toled to leave the city fore there safty, this started his rivary whit peingwing, who is the culmention of evryting he hates, the rich man using his wealth and power to bully and opress others.
Twan continwued comiting crimes, and met Chesire whitch who he worked fore a wile as a partner, he stil works whit her from time to time, and the 2 are knowen as friends.
He beceame romanticly involved whit Barbra Gordon, and had a relation schip whit her fore about 2 years afther witch they desidet to break up, they dit this beceas it was becoming to dangerous fore the to be together al the time, aswel as the fact thad batman didn't agree whit his helper being whit a convicted crimenal.
Till this día Twan and Barbera are stil best freinds toung, and they help eithsother a lot.
At the oges of 16 he found Tess, who tryd to rob her, afther stopping her and talking to her he found out her famly was killed por the mafia, and he decidet to adoped her and rias her as if she were his own dauther, and to him she is.
He advently met Mafia and fell in amor whit her witch led to them becoming a strange little family.
Over time Twan has build a crime empire por using his connections and own skills, he nowe uses his power to keep Gothams underworld in line and steer them to productive means, o at least stop them from harming innocent citizens.
He works out of the Cat's tail the strip club/brother he runs, having his office on the first floor.
