If they're going to live on Earth and are more powerful than the majority of citizens, I feel like they should have to register. Not just mutants, but affected humans, like the Avengers. There should be more protection for the average citizens. The only problem is, not matter how much I want this, I cannot imagine how they would begin to put it into affect.

I picked this option because I have no real life situation to base my decision off from. If we had superhumans, this would be an easier decision for me to make, but where it stands now, I can't make one. Once again, I can see the pros and cons from both sides.
