Chapter One
Mason Montgomery auditioned 480 girls this week alone to play the part as charlotte in his new movie, Hourglass. Hourglass was all about a woman who could stop time just to be with her love. Each girl he auditioned wasn't giving him what he wanted. All he wanted was a fair-looking girl with pretty eyes and a sensitive corazón but the girls he auditioned were anything but that. He tried being nice and say encouraging things but after the 248th girl he gave that a rest. Now he just dicho what came to mind like "You stink," o "And tu call yourself an actress? Get it outta here." He had crushed their dreams, spirit, and a few hearts for the last couple of days. If he couldn't find his charlotte soon, he would be ruined both physically and mentally.
After the last girl finished, his new iPhone beeped. His best friend, Billy Nile, was known for being lazy and interruptive. He was also known for being a great way to get your mind off of things. Billy sent him a text Saying he should meet him at their favorito! cafe in Hollywood. Mason didn't feel like eating. He just wanted to concentrate on his work and his Charlotte. Knowing Mason would say no, Billy texted and dicho there will be potential actors. Billy always knew how to persuade someone.
Mason got into his silver ferrari and traveled to the Cafe. He thought about all the things he should be doing. He needed to anunciarse the movie, get some sponsors, find actors for the remaining roles, and also he needed to get some permission from the state to use some local locations. There was just so much he had to do but instead of doing that, he was going out to eat with his friend. Hopefully he would actually find his Charlotte.
Billy was already seated on the patio of the restaurant. He waved motioning him to registrarse him. He had his traditional sunglasses on and an oversized naranja jacket. He wore the matching sweatpants with a oro chain around his neck. Billy was so old school. The chains around his neck rattled as Billy waved hysterically. "Glad tu could make it man," he greeted as Mason sat down.
A pretty blonde waitress came to take their order. Billy winked at Mason. "May I take your order?" She asked. Her foot was tapping impatiently even though she just got there.
"I'll have the lasagna and some chicken," ordered Billy. He was still winking at Mason but Mason tried to ignore it. She wasn't the right girl to play Charlotte. He would know if the perfect charlotte came along.
"And I'll have the grilled salmón and some French fries." Mason finally gave in to Billy's hints. "Also, are tu por chance an actor?
The look on her face told Mason that she recognized him. He was in fact the famous Mason Montgomery. She began hysterically breathing in and out. "Oh my god! You're . . . you're Mason Montgomery. You've directed Paws, Lioness, and Witch and Warlock. tu also wrote the scripts to my favorito! movie of all time, Attack of the Tomb!" She paused for air. "Can I please get your autograph?" She held her arm out and gave him her pen. He quickly scribbled out his name. "Thanks." She ran screaming back into the cafe.
"Well she didn't work out," mumbled Mason.
It was about half an hora later when they finally received their meal. They had a new waitress. Mason guessed the last one got fired for the episode he caused. The new waitress was a strawberry-blonde with amber eyes and a stunning smile. Mason took one bite into his comida but then was dazzled por her looks, he choked. His airways were clogged and he couldn't breathe. He heard the faint sound of yelling. Then the strawberry-blonde wrapped her arms around his waist. She made a fist and then laid the other hand around the fist. She pushed into his stomach. Out came a flying salmón which landed on Billy.
"Are tu okay?" she asked. Mason couldn't speak though. It wasn't because he was choking. It was because that she knocked his breathe away. He never met someone so pretty.
"I'll be fine it was just a salmon," replied Billy.
"I was talking to him," she pointed towards Mason.
"Sorry, my friend has issues," explained Billy. Mason shot his friend a lethal glare which shut him right up. The strawberry-blonde just giggled.
"I'm Mason," he finally said.
"Olivia Meyers," she smiled a smile so bright it almost blinded him. "Are tu Mason Montgomery?" Oh here we go again.
"Yes," he replied reluctantly.
"Cool," She nodded. Olivia was just about to go back into the cafe when Mason suddenly grabbed her arm.
"How would tu like to be in a movie that I wrote?" She thought for a moment. It felt like an eternity to Mason.
"Sure, when do I start?" Her amber eyes were expectant. He never met someone so pure.
"How about tomorrow at 2:30? Just come por Montgomery Studios." She nodded and they both separated. Mason was feeling lucky about this.
That night Olivia went home. She stilled lived with her parents in their house. She was 25 and still lived with dear ole mom and dad. Even though she appreciated the shelter, she really wanted her own place. She wanted to be able to bring dates inicial o mostrar off her house o something. Now that she has this actuación career maybe she could finally get her own place. That is if she gets the job which she highly doubts. Why would Mason Montgomery pick a nobody like her.
Olivia scanned the porch of the house for her parents. They weren't in their usual chair. She stuck the key in to almost have a corazón attack. Sitting in the rocking chair was her father, Austin Meyers. He had a deep scowl on his face. This meant trouble. Her mom was nowhere to be found so maybe she wasn't the one in trouble. Her father swung back and forth in his chair. He shook his head. "You're late, again," he finally said. "Did tu forget that tu were suppose to babysit Katie and Justin while your mom and I go out to eat." Katie and Justin were her little siblings. They were almost 18, why did she have to babysit them.
"Sorry, but truthfully, why do I have to babysit them? They are almost 18," she reasoned.
He simply shook his head once more. "Last time we left them alone, they threw that party." Ah yes the party of the year. It was most definitely a memorable party.
"Sorry dad," she apologized.
"Sorry doesn't pay the rent," he retorted. "If tu want to keep living here, why don't tu follow our rules. o tu could pay rent."
"Maybe I will," she countered. "I am now an actress. Mason Montgomery asked me if I wanted to be in his siguiente movie." She flipped her curly strawberry-blonde hair.
"Ha!" He laughed. "Why would he ever ask you?"
"I don't really know but I do know that I have untapped potential," She smiled and stormed off to her room. Olivia felt like a teenager all over again.
"Yeah, tu keep thinking that doll-face," comentó her father.
"I will," she retorted from her bedroom.

The Man With No Eyes Collection (2): User
It works fast like a drug, when it’s shot through my veins,
And it lights up my fire, when it reaches my brains,
Irresistible tickle, in the depths of my chest,
I dissolve into ashes, and forget all the rest.
If tu make my corazón dance, I will dance in your hand,
Give me my one desire, I’ll be at your command,
Constant rushes of sugar, swirling colores and light,
There’ll be no troubled sleep, for this body tonight.
This one is short and sweet, sung from the perspective of someone who's willingly being taken advantage of, as long as he gets what he wants. Hence the double meaning of the título "User," which could refer to to an addict, o someone literally "using" another person for their own gain.

My brain is nowhere, my eyes are hungry,
Devouring the warm naranja sky.
It slides down my throat like soup, and pools into my soul.
I skip mindlessly over the hay, with bits of straw kicked up in my stride,
Like a destructive beast, only unknowing.
My dance is like the leaves.
Red- my pace quickens into a mad, hot dash.
Orange- my footsteps slow into a rhythmic tango.
Yellow- I swirl lazily, as if lovestruck.
The colores of fire, burning at different tempos.
The colores of emotion, striking the corazón under the skin.
The colores of death, leaving with a few last powerful words.
Fall, without regret, having lived your best life,
And dance toward the sunset with high spirits!
Devouring the warm naranja sky.
It slides down my throat like soup, and pools into my soul.

we will be the faces in the textbooks dog-eared and torn we will be immortal until the día we are discarded and replaced with new editions o perhaps the siguiente technology once lectura becomes obsolete and society falls into virtual illiteracy
with luck we will be remembered still projected onto some cutting edge device that will let them see us in a million dimensions o hear our voices saying things we never dicho until the students are lulled to sleep por the languid lectures and their heads slump onto the desks that once held the tattered textbooks

In the darkness,
No one is here for me.
I feel lonely,
And my feet tremble.
The grads have gone,
Some my closest friends...
Remember the times that we had?
We let them slip por when things got bad.
Remember the times...
When we shared a sno-cone
When we cried together
When we laughed together
When we jumped in the pool
All in unison.
It's funny how I feel so much
But I cannot say a word.
I will remember you.
tu will always be in my heart.
tu have dado me so many memories
To last.
tu are a handprint on my heart.
It cannot be erased.
tu motivate me.
tu are what I can do today.
tu are an amazing person.
tu are what I am today.
All that I am today is because of you.
tu will never leave my heart,
Even if tu do leave me in life.

On a road
Gone so far
Nowhere to go
You've hurt so bad
Wishing it to end
Don't hold back
Just trust me
Close your eyes
And choose your path

Just hold on tight

And soon you'll be filled with love

Class ended. As I walked out of the classroom, I still felt sick. I went to my locker and put my stuff away. As I turned around, two tall 11th graders stood in front of me. One of them dicho "Let's play a game! Its called 'Bully The New Girl'!" My corazón trembled with fear. My hands glowed a little black. I quietly dicho "Go away. tu do not want me to hurt you." I guess one heard me, he dicho "Ohh! Im so scared! Heh, now, no más stalling!" Just he was about to puñetazo, ponche me, Bruno grabbed his hand. And dicho fiercely " Do not hurt her. o I will hurt you!" Bruno squeezed his hand. The boy screamed loudly. Everyone looked at him. And the two boys ran away with fear. I dicho " Bruno! How did tu do that?" The voice screamed in my head, "He's the one, he's the helper" and he replied "Uhhhhh. I know karate?" I laughed nicely. He smiled warmly. Then dicho "Ugh, I think I'm gonna puke!" He took me to the girl's bathroom and ran upstairs to get back to class.
The words made my breath fall short in my throat, a small whimpering sound went up through my chest. I slowly rose my watch, exactly the time I was to be doomed. The part of the muro carrying the dread words burst open and rats started to crawl in, immediatly gnawing at my flesh, I tried to back away, but the part i had opened up suddenly closes and i was trapped in darkness, I was trapped, I was trapped with no hope off escape and a thousand beady eyes crawling all over my body, wrigglin down my chest and making their way towards my heart. I spun and rolled around as much as I could in the small space, but the rats were persistent, and my blood trickeld all around me, forming in a pool under me. After a while a finally gave up. For all I had done i was payed with my own dead, locked in a narrow passage with rats all around me, the last living things i would ever interact with. I began to sob softly and my final breath flew from my body, I was a limp, lifeless corpse.....
