Hows my story so far? I am stuck, any ideas what I could put next?

Here's what I have so far:
I stopped in a dark alley panting. I peered around the long brick wall, when I saw the man in the black car. He was scoping the area looking for me. I would have run but I was too out of breath. But even my quiet tippy toes would be heard, with the many people chasing me.
I didn’t have to run in hide. But when someone comes chasing you, its almost the only option.
My name is Citrus Dove. A strange name, for a strange girl. My mother always said. I would always ask her why she called me that and thats what she told me.     
Everything was normal until that one day, on a couch, with a broken leg, a giant rash on my arm, and a huge pimple growing on my forehead.
“Darling, how is your leg?” My mother asked repeatedly, but luckily this time she was making me cookies, I amor cookies. “Same as it was two segundo ago” I dicho waiting there with the aroma of galletas feeling the air.
She put them on the short, caramelo colored coffee table. I grabbed a cookie and felt the delicious melted chocolate goodness melting in my mouth.
