PLEASE HELP i need a little help with a character any suggestions?

In this story I'm escritura I'm telling my characters origin with a bit of a back story on his parents before he's born and on.
anyways my character from birth is in a lab were they experiment on mutants trying to make a better human weapon.Which brings me to the character i need help with at the moment he's scientist(which most likely won't change) His personality is like Frollo in the Hunchback of Notre dame(disney version) and well i need some help coming up with a descripción for him and a name
I'm open for any suggestions even if they seem stupid to tu put them down anyways they might come of use to me
