It seems to me that most of the fight here is always going on about how W.i.t.c.h copied Winx o Winx copied W.i.t.c.h, but I doubt either of them copied the other.

It is true the W.i.t.c.h comics came out first, but do tu really think that the Winx Club would copy a comic when there's Sailor Moon?

Similar thing with the W.i.t.c.h TV series, why would they copy Winx Club when they are already copying the comics?

Many of tu points out that W.i.t.c.h only has one transfomration (two in the comics) while Winx Club has a new one for each season. That itself points out how the shows are different.

While Winx Club's B-story is based on a society full of magic, though W.i.t.c.h's back story is más to do with Earth, non magic and hiding their identities.

The characters aren't copied either, are they, since the characters are what tu usually expect, a series leader who has a lot of trouble, a blonde boy crazy loves shopping, the funky girl, the smart one, the very nice one, the humours one, the active one, the one that acts younger than what's to be expected of their age, one who doesn't want to belong, one who hides her feelings and is blank with emotion to other people, etc. It's the basic ones.

Their story lines are different as well, while most of them are all hungry for power o wants vengeance, it's completely different.

W.i.t.c.h - A princess in the trap of an evil tyrant. An once good guardian turned evil now seeking for vengeance. A man who wants to make his child happy, police suspecting W.i.t.c.h and wanting to use them for advantages. The evil tyrant disguising himself as good and gets to be Oracle. (W.i.t.c.h has too many sagas :/ I'm not going to lista them all, tu get my point)

Winx Club - A princess trying to discover who she is, three witches uses her power as an advantage. A dark lord who uses three witches to get Realix, takes the main character to the dark side.A dark wizard taking revenge and getting powerful scrolls. The main character tries to find her birth family. The evil wizards tries to find the last fairy of Earth and tries to conquer that planet.

The back story is somewhat similar, but isn't that to be expected? since almost all shows with teenage girls that has special powers with normal lives have B-stories similar, right?

Think about it? What really is so similar about W.i.t.c.h o Winx that gives tu right to say they copied? plus what's so bad about being copied? Sure, it's bad, but it also means that the mostrar they copied is inspired and like, tu should also see that as an encouragement to the mostrar they copied!

Remember what I dicho at the beginning, if they copied someone, they copied Sailor Moon.
