♦ Both the Winchester's vehicles have Kansas plates on the front. The state of Kansas does not issue front license plates. Also, the county stickers are not pink.

01. Pilot:
♦ When Sam and Dean are at the gas station Sam picks up a metallica tape and Dean puts it in, but the song playing is Back in Black por AC/DC.

02. Wendigo:
♦ They say this episode takes place in the area around Grand Junction, but the problem is that the geography of that area is all desert, not full of trees like they implied in the episode.
♦ Dean tells the forest ranger that he and Sam are students from "UC Boulder." It should have been "CU Boulder."
♦ It is stated several times that Grizzly Bears are the cause of several deaths in the area (in Colorado), and a picture of a large dead oso, oso de is shown in the Ranger's office. Grizzly Bears are not indigenous to Colorado, only American Black Bears are; a smaller, less vicious species of bear.

03. Dead In The Water:
♦ When the son is drowning in the sink, the plug attached to a chain is in/out of the water between shots.
♦ When we first see Dean, he is circling the girl's picture in the newspaper. When he shows the paper to Sam, the circulo, círculo is different. He originally circled her name as well, but it wasn't circled on the paper Sam had.
♦ When Andrea gets to her bath the level of water rises as expected, but as soon as the "green water" pours into the bath, tu can see that the level of water has decreased.
♦ In the scene where Bill's son is about to be drowned, he attempts to pull the plug out of the blocked sink. However, if tu look on the board to his left, the plug is already on the side, just before he pulls it out of the sink and puts it in the same place.
♦ When Sam rescues Andrea in the bathroom tu can see she wears panties in the left side of the screen.
♦ When Will Carlton is chopping potatoes for dinner, the sink plug is on the counter. When the sink begins to fill, the plug is in the drain.

04. Phantom Traveler:
♦ At the beginning, the man who is possessed is sitting several rows and on the other side of scared guy. Then scared guy at the mental hospital says "he was a passenger, he was sitting right in front of me".
♦ While the Winchester brothers hail from Lawrence Ks, which is in Douglas county, the plates on their car are registered in Sedgwick county, nearly three hours away.

05. Bloody Mary:
/

06. Skin:
♦ Near the end, when Sam is tied up around his feet and hands on the floor, evil twin Dean stabs a cuchillo into the table. Sam uses the cuchillo to cut the ropes on his hands but when he gets up and starts fighting Dean, the ropes around his feet have disappeared.
♦ Towards the end of the episode, right after Sam cuts the rope binding his hand and kicks the shape shifter "Dean", Sam wields the knife. "Dean" grabs his arm and flips him upside down and the cuchillo disappears: it's no longer in Sam's hand and not on the floor.

07. Hookman:
♦ Is set in Iowa. Yet in an overhead view as they pull into town, tu see palm trees.

08. Bugs:
♦ Sam establishes the time is midnight. A few minutos later in the story, the sun rises.

09. Home:
♦ When the child is released from the child pen and the fridge opens, the child climbs into the fridge for his bottle of jugo, jugo de only to have the fridge door close behind him. tu can see the child lock being locked por the spirit but when the child's mother returns to find him in the fridge the child lock is not on.
♦ When Mary Winchester appears, her hair is windblown and behind her shoulders. When the screen goes from Dean back to her, one part is back over her shoulder and neatly brushed.

10. Asylum:
/

11. Scarecrow:
♦ The episode takes place during the segundo week of April. However, there are ripe apples all over the scarecrow's orchard. Apples are harvested in the fall.
♦ After Dean shakes the Professor's hand and walks towards the door, to the left of the screen a camera is briefly visible for a couple seconds.
♦ The small town featured is in Indiana, but when Dean drives back at night there is a train passing over him with the "Canadian National Railroad" logo on the side of the segundo car.
♦ In the beginning during the teaser, Vince and acebo are walking through the orchard when they actually hear something behind them (the scarecrow). Right as they whip around tu can clearly see car headlights and taillights to the right of their shoulders.
♦ The trees in the orchard aren't manzana, apple trees, but rather appear to be hazelnuts trees.

12. Faith:
/

13. Route 666:
♦ The episode is set in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Sam and Dean are shown driving on highway U.S. 6, which does not pass through Missouri.
♦ Cape Girardeau, Missouri, not being near the ocean, does not have a seafood-harvesting industry, thus the "Live Crabs" sign and the camarón barco seen coming in the background of one scene does not belong to the area.

14. Nightmare:
♦ Alice Miller is in the cocina chopping up vegetables. She puts the cuchillo down and we can see that there are bits of vegetable still on the edge of the cuchillo blade. The camera turns to Alice, then back to the knife, and we can see that the cuchillo is now completely clean.
♦ The state police in Michigan drive blue cars, and they don't have flags on them.

15. The Benders:
♦ When Dean enters the cellar for the first time, his lips are moving but there is no audio to match it.
♦ The city the story is set in, Hibbing, MN, is not in "Hibbing County," as is painted on the city police vehicle. (There is no such county in Minnesota.) Hibbing is actually in St. Louis County, MN.
♦ When Officer Kathleen is accessing Sam and Dean's records on the County's Police Records database, the heights of both brothers are listed as 6'4". This is incorrect as Dean is several inches shorter than Sam.

16. Shadow:
/

17. Hell House:
♦ They say they are in Richardson, Texas. However, Richardson is an Urban area that is part of the DFW metropolitan area (all concrete and asphalt). It is not rural like it is portrayed in the show.
♦ Basements are very rarely found in northeast Texas due to the high water table. If a house does have a basement it requires a bomba to prevent flooding. An abandoned house's basement most likely would be filled with water and the contents destroyed o damaged.
♦ The counter boy handing Dean a drink says, "Here tu go, Jensen", as opposed to Jensen Ackles' character's name, Dean.
♦ Just after shooting at Mordechai with Ed and Harry filming behind them, Sam and Dean walk off looking around for the spirit. While the camera focuses on Ed and Harry talking about their video footage, someone's shoulder comes on screen from the right. Sam had headed left off-screen and Dean went through a door on-screen, so it could only be a film crew member.
♦ When Dean and Sam are in the basement, Dean picks up a jar and dares Sam to drink it. The jar Dean picks up is the same one the teenage girl broke before she was killed in a anterior scene.
♦ Crew shoulder clearly visible when the brothers are being attacked por ghost in basement.
♦ Both the caption and the characters claim the brothers are driving on Interstate 35. The little two-lane road is clearly not an interstate, and a sign in the background shows "22 Highway - East".
♦ When Sam comes out of the ducha, ducha de in a towel tu can see that he has black shorts underneath the towel.
♦ There is no Collin County Public Library. In the Dallas-Fort Worth Area public libraries are designated por cities, e.g. Dallas Public Library, Plano etc.

18. Something Wicked:
♦ When Dean and Sam enter Fitchburg, WI, the name of the city is spelled incorrectly on the population sign [Fitchberg], despite being spelled correctly on a billboard behind the sign.

19. Provenance:
♦ When Sam, Dean and Sarah go back into the old lady's house, Dean is comparing a photocopy of the painting with the real one and mistakenly says, "Jared, check it out" rather than, "Sam, check it out" (the name Jared Padalecki's character).

20. Dead Man's Blood:
♦ John Winchester states that Samuel potro, colt built his supernatural revolver in 1835, on the same night as the massacre at the Alamo. However, the defenders of the Alamo were killed on March 6, 1836, the año after potro, colt built the gun.
♦ The character says Sam potro, colt built the gun and made 13 "bullets" in 1836. As a firearm lover, I must disagree: in 1836, revolvers were "percussion guns", that is, one had to load a percussion gorra, cap (usually #11), fill the cylinder chamber with gunpowder then push a lead bullet over this load and repeat the process on the remaining chambers (5). The shown firearm looks like a .45 potro, colt from about 1873. The metallic cartucho (the one we still use now) were introduced around 1860, so we have at least a 30-yr difference here.
♦ When Dean and Sam are talking about Daniel Elkin's death, Dean shows Sam a phone number John had listed in his journal. Dean tells Sam the area code is a Colorado area code. The area code seen in the journal is 570. The state of Colorado has four area codes: 303, 719, 720 and 970. 570 is a Pennsylvania area code.

21. Salvation:
/

22. Devil's Trap:
♦ When Dean is asking how Bobby will explain things to the police, in the bottom right of the frame, siguiente to the escritorio and por the boys, tu can see a pair of hands taking pictures before they quickly mover out of shot again.
♦ When John is torturing Dean, the blood on Dean's chin disappears between shots.
♦ Toward the end of the episode a double net can be seen for about three segundos on the left side of the screen. Double nets are used to control the amount of light hitting an actor o part of the set.
