Brilliant quest.

He is amazing. I want to share a secret. Sometimes I hear a van-like song and ask myself "why isn't this working?" It always gets back to the voice. Van is great and great people working for him. Other people are bad people.

I've thought the same thing. Amen Corner, Spider Bait, Etc all have vocalists who aren't a patch on Sir Van.

Van's voice has changed but it is still wonderful. His last 2 albums have been great.

I think Van has protected his voice by refraining from yodelling, long concerts, singing difficult songs like "schreamo" , Bohemian Rhapsody and the Immigant Song.

He voice good and strong. I like it all of the time.

I thought this was about the TV show. Disappointment reigns supreme like a pizza.

His voice is still great. Listen to him most days.

Listening to Wavelength right now. Great album in my humble pie opinion.

I don't think he uses an autotune mic. Don't know, really.
