Is this the scariest vampire movie ever made. Nosferatu with Max Schrek.

If tu watch it as a kid, it definitely has tu hiding behind the sofa. The guy moves creepily and the use of shadowplay would make modern films look amateur. Seriously creepy even after all this time........

*shrug* I don't think so. But, then again, I have yet to find a vampire movie that scared me.

I never saw it as a kid, but when I watch it now, it's really not scary.

Scariest movie I ever saw had nothing to do with vampires. It was the Japanese version of the Ring. I could not go near a staircase for a mes after that.

That is probably one of the reasons I miss about being a kid- having a good fright. I like some of the scenes in the "Grudge"with the wierd noise that the Japanese girl makes. The trouble with Vampire cine now is that they are becoming to human in nature and have lost their scariness because of that. they think that mostrando lots of blood and noise is scary whereas they should be concentrating on feeding the imagination with unknown threat and mood music...........

The scariest thing I ever saw was a documentary on late night Tv about a family who had a poltergeist in their house. they were a normal couple with a 6 año old daughter who lived in a average house, not a spooky, old, Victorian one. It was scary in the way they described what was going on in their house; especially at night. the kid had to sleep downstairs and the wife refused to go upstairs at night and would only go up during the day, if her husband was downstairs. whatever it was, was mean and really angry, slamming doors , thumping the walls and even breathing down peoples necks, leaving a nasty smell about the place. they could only stand it for 5 months, whatever it was , mostly lived in the attic and it is still there nooooooooooooow ! waiting for November99 to mover in........................He He he !

I would not go in there. I was visiting old Polish castles a few weeks ago, and passed out. In the castle's church. I do not like ghosts. I dont even go in a house if something feels off about it.
