Zero drank Sara's blood because of a deal he made with her: he protects her from Kaname, they team up to kill him.
Zero, Yuuki, Ruka, and the other night class members have all teamed up to kill Kaname and the pairing of Zero x Yuuki is looking promising!!!! yay!!!!!!
Oh yeah, a while back in the manga, Yuuki drank Kaname's blood to find out he is actually an ancestor who got resurrected por Rido, using the real baby Kaname's blood but because ancestor Kaname had been dead for so long he had to be reborn as a baby.
But like I said, the manga hasn't actually finished yet, and I think the manga is way better than the anime so tu should check it out.
