año ago, outside smoking, looking up at the stars, in a spesific location,a estrella suddently moved couple of miles to the right, and then it stopped, and then little to the right again, and then gone.. is it a ufo, o is it normal?

The definition of a UFO is an Unidentified Flying Object. That could mean anything from a different life form than us, to a comet o meteor, to a satellite, to a spaceship of ours o someone Else's. I would say that it would be a UFO.
