well..she did hug him.but kiss?no she never kiss him at least till now not yet.and i think she still amor sasuke till now.that what i read from the manga.

she didnt kiss him but i think she have some feelings to naruto !looking back she tried to go and kill sasuke por her self! i watched all episodes iam sure!
