She's the one who finally saved the family with her shield. Thanks to her power and her love she achieved to keep everybody alive and happy. Even though, Alice also helped a lot.

My second choice would've been Renesmee, third Edward.

All the Vampires who came to Witness for Edward and Bella. They didn't have to, and after meeting Renesmee, they were all willing to fight for her. That deserves an award in my book. ;-)
