Isn't Dakota a little to young to play Jane?

Why do people think that just because the first one did so well, they have to get all of the top a-listers for the sequel. I had only heard of Rob when the first cast was announced. I would be a great franchise to launch more new and upcoming actors/actresses, instead of going all Hollywood!
