Twilight fans can get out of hand, right?And even obsessive.They amor the movies/books that they go crazy for it, and it bothers a lot of anti-Twilighters.Not only is the movies/books strongly ridiculed, but so are the fans!The fans are mocked, made fun of, and teased.Even called names such as retarded, stupid, idiots, and are even considered unintelligent.All because of a person's interests.

I find it unfair how judged Twi-lovers get over something they enjoy.Would they like it if someone else insulted them over something they liked?Probably not.Twilight fans are ridiculed online, too.Here is where I get to the disturbing part.

How can people act so...mean over something as simple as movies/books?It's like, tu cannot enjoy what tu like, there's always people out there who are going to have their fun at calling it names and such.Anywhere I go online, just a simple as getting on the site, there is something anti-Twilight.Such as calling it "Twishite", "Sparkling Shit", "Crap", and "gay".Yes, there are even videos on youtube where people literally burn the book.

And videos on "Twilight Sucks" reviews.Not the upcoming film, people saying Twilight in general suck.People diss the fans, books, and movies.While the Twi-lovers take things too far, the Twi-haters also take things too far.I don't know about you, but having such a hatred over a movie series and book series, is disturbing.The burning?I find very disturbing.

I just get very disturbed when something is beig burned, o ripped apart.Also, the intense, and very odd hate over it.Everywhere I go there is always "I hate this, I hate that," o "This sucks, and that sucks." What do tu think?I just think all the hate and insulting over it is incredibly ridiculous.People will like what they like, there is no stopping that.

But such hatred over that, a simple book and movie, is disturbing.I'm not kidding, it actually makes me cringe when I see something being burned o ripped apart.

AnonymousXXX I completely agree with you. I like the books and I have my own continuation of it sorta... I just wanted to sare but it's not all I write about I write other stories too. So where do people get off? Anyway I'm getting of the point the point is that people can be mean and it does suck! I dont ever make fun ogf people just because they like something. So I know its not hard to do! So I definetly dont get why people are so mean sometimes. I think their just plain cruel.

musiclikelove I've felt this way for a long time. I know that Twilight fans can get way out of hand, especially the younger ones and the people who only like it because it's popular. But the anit-Twilighters are really just as disturbing. What is the point in voicing so much hatred for something? You're not going to change anyone's opinion, just start an argument, so why bother? The twilight fans are unfairly portrayed as brainless little girls when the majority are intelligent grown/young women. I mean, as I was waiting in line for the midnight release of Eclipse, we had people driving by, honking their horns, blasting off those loud, annoying horns, screaming at us. . .why? We're not doing anything wrong, and the books that we like don't define us in any way. It's unfair that someone's entire person is being judged based on a book they like.
