‘School? Harley? Are tu sure? There’s no rush atall. It’s pretty easy actually. Our brains can handle a lot más information than an average humans can. I could teach tu much más than they do there.’ He just doesn’t get it does he?
‘Carlisle. I want the experience. I want to meet people and talk to someone other than a vampire. I mean, I amor tu all… it’s just, it’s hard to explain…’ I haven’t been able to finish my sentences much lately.
‘You want to seem normal.’ Finished Rosalie. She knew exactly how I felt. If she didn’t have Emmett I do not know what she would of done up until now.
‘Yes. I’m sorry. I just think it will be a lot easier for me.’
‘We understand Harley.’ Esme answered softly.
‘I’ll protest tu sis. I’ll never let tu get your head stuck down a loo.’
‘Um. Thanks Emmett. What would I do without you?!’
‘Become a total bore to be with probably!’ He punched me on the arm once again. One día I’m going to turn round and give him a taste of his own medicine. I probably won’t get very far though. Just the way his mussels stretch out across his arm and ripple scares me! I used to be much stronger than him, that has also gone along with my eye colouring.
‘We’ll need to get tu the right libros and equipment for school. That shouldn’t be any trouble. Esme, will tu ring up the school and enrol Harley please.’ Asked Carlisle with a controlled voice. I was almost positive he would of refused to let me go. Carlisle gives me too much faith. He believes in me when nobody else does. I look up to him and he helps me. If only my human father had been like that to me. My childhood would have been much happier. Those memories are blurred and distorted now. I can pick out little bits from different times, but nothing detailed. Remembering only the big changes. 10th Birthday, 16th birthday, my driving test.
