CAN tu PLEASE HELP? IM WONDERING HOW TO CREATE A fan SPOT. :)

if tu go to the fanpop inicial page and scroll down to the bottom tu will se on the right hand side it says browse fan spots (or something like that) siguiente to it there is a create fan spot button- click that and it will tell tu what to do :)
