I studied art for many years. This is very good, but a little cartoonish. Try to avoid the heavy lines on the outside, add más shading to smooth it and make it más real. When tu do hair, do it in layers, make each stroke count. Use a putty eraser to add highlights. There are a lot of tutorial videos on youtube to walk tu through on how to make even más real photos. It really does look good though!! Keep drawing and you'll only get better :) Ps. Ill add one of my fotos to kinda mostrar what I mean about the lines...
