I don't really think so they don't really focus on him in the movie. But a good fuente of info is the book: twilight and history por Nancy R. Regain. Lots of info about the back stories and the time from all of the Cullens before they were vampires.

No, I don't think so. The script only talks about Rosalie's past, even though in the book, there were glimpses of his past during her flashback.

Also, a reciente moviefone interview with Kellan Lutz, he had dicho that Emmett doesn't really get to speak much, nor does he have alot of screentime. I'm sure if they had glimpses of his past in the movie, he would have dicho something.

And, I have friends who saw a pre-screening of the movie. And they informed me that his past is not in the movie.

i sure hope so. emmett's background is really the only one we haven't heard. We have heard what happened to alice,edward,carlisle,esme,jasper,and rosalie. but all we know is that emmett got attacked por a bear.
