For my 2 favorite couples it's definitely their chemistry (Bangel and Brucas). I also love their characters, their story lines, their dialogue, their kisses...etc. but it's their chemistry that makes them stand out from all other couples in my opinion.

For me, it's chemistry. MerDer, Bangel, Maddison, and Serenate have chemistry. I have loved MerDer since the very beginning of Grey's Anatomy.

Chair have so much great chemistry, but also love how much they always care about each other and they are the only persons who really understand each other!

I mean when you see them, you can tell that this is real!

my fave things deffo are specific scenes or defining moments in their relationships. idk does that fall under storyline? lol well generally all!

all of the above matter, but to me the most important thing is if the couple make me feel something. if they make me cry, smile, laugh, or if I can't take my eyes off them, then I don't care about the other stuff.

I picked the characters because the way that House and Cuddy's personalities just mesh together, how they banter and then are so screwed up just makes them perfect for me :)

Really all of them, but Damon and Elena have so much chemistry don't they? ;)

I don't think I'm the best person realizing if they have chemistry or not. I think we need everything you said to like a couple (or almost everything)
