*This story takes place during TDI right after Trent was voted off*

A restless night...his eyes burned,begging to be closed,but Trent just lay there in cama staring up at the ceiling.The only noises that could be heard were crickets and Cody's snores from across the hall.Not many people enjoyed that sound,but it soothed Trent...it reminded him of home,of his mother.His mother had been in the hospital for about a año now with cancer.The doctors stopped giving her treatments after the first couple of months because no one could pay for her hospital bills.Trent and his brother both worked two jobs trying to pay for it....then he saw the add for Total Drama Island.Trent thought if he joined,if he won they would have enough money to pay the bills and then some.He never thought about what would happen if he lost.
'I'm such an idiot!We're so behind on the bills now...',he thought to himself.
He turned to his side and quietly dicho to himself,"How am I supossed to tell them I lost?"
Of course his family didn't see it on tv...they couldn't afford it.Trent,his two brothers Trevor and Jason,and his mother,well not his mother anymore...live in a small,one bedroom apartment in the United States.
'It's a wonder Chris flew me in to Canada just to be on the mostrar when there must be thousands of guys just like me in this country who would've loved to be on it'
Slowly,after that thought Trent fell asleep unaware that his mother was becoming worse as the night grew.

I was at my country club at 6pm, I took a hard oscilación at my tenis racket and the ball flew somewhere. I look around and i find it. I reach down to pick it up but somebodys hand is already on it. I look up to see who it was. A guy wearing a cowboy hat smiles at me. "Hey did tu drop this?" He said. "Well sort of i was playing tenis and i hit it to hard." i say. "Well, I'll see ya later." He said. Just one look at his six pack and i knew i needed to get his number. "Wait, do tu want my number?" I ask. "Well, sure! I'll call tu if im having a party" He said. he gives me his number and then leaves and turns around and waves. I wave back at him. TO BE CONTINUED.....

"Are tu almost done packing your bags Nat?" asked my uncle Hagrid. "Just one más thing uncle Hagrid!" I call. I pack a picture of my mom and dad getting married. I place it in the suitcase gently and walk to my uncle. "Hurry, you're going to have to be dropped off at professor Dumbledore's office. Miranda won't be there because she stayed at the leaky cauldron when she went to get her supplies. Now she's on the way back." Hagrid told me. I pet Fang goodbye," Bye Fang, I promise I'll visit with all my friends during the year." I walk out the door with uncle Hagrid and we start our walk to Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
