Total Drama Island Fancharacters Drama in Empire City RP

This rp is gonna be based of off the Infamous video game series.

You can still join even if you haven't played the game.

It takes place in a place known as Empire City. A giant explosion has rocked the city leaving most of the buildings standing but turning the city into a crazy wasteland full of bad guys and dangerous monsters.

The giant explosion caused many people to die but it also turned a bunch of people into super humans known as CONDUITS.

Conduits have super powers that can grow stronger if trained.

The explosion also caused a disease known as THE PLAGUE to infect most of the humans in the city.

You can play as either a human or a conduit. You can choose to help find a cure for the plague, turn into a villain try to rule the city or just try to survive on your own.

Rules:

1. NO GOD-MODDING!

2. Please follow proper RP format

3. No Immortality or Invincibility

4. Please only 2 powers per player

5. Please only 5 characters per player

6. OC's only please

7. Please no characters from other shows without permission

8. More rules maybe added if needed

Chilly: *starts to wake up, dizzy and confused* ugh

Chilly: *tries to stand up* ugh what the f*** was that *coughs*

Chilly: *looks up and sees the city in fire* must be some kind of attack or a gas leak? *stumbles down the street*

Chilly: *gets dizzy again* ugh *feels his face, feels blood* oh great I'm bleeding

Chilly: *sees the smoke from the explosion* Thats over by claires house, I have to see if she is alright *trys to run*

Claire: What?....whats wrong? *breath shows again and frost start growing on the ground*

Chilly: the explosion must have given you powers

Claire: What? super powers? those aren't real

Chilly: then how do you explain the ice?

Claire: idk Liquid Nitrogen leak? Winter weather?

Chilly: look powers exist, idk what caused them

Amber: It can't be winter weather..if it were, we'd all be able to see our breath..*looks at The both of them* There must've been something in the explosion that made you like that, 'Claire', was it?..Like..acid waste, or something nuclear(?)..?

Chilly: hey don't be so hard on your self, this whole powers thing could be cool

Claire: chilly..do you have powers?

Chilly: yes....*lifts a rock and turns it to sand*

Chilly: I can control rock and sand

Claire: thats cool...I guess

Chilly: now It couldn't have been acid cause that would have hurt and it couldn't be something nuclear cause we would proboly be dead

Claire: it looked like some kind of lightning blast

Chilly: we should figure out what we can do with these powers

Claire: like fight crime or something?

Chilly: I was just gonna use them to survive cause it looks like help for the city isn't gonna be here for a while

Claire: I wonder if anybody else has powers

Amber: Wait..so you guys, you two, the people who JUST found out that they have super powers, are going to an apartment and just STAY THERE and do nothing?! *a little surprised and angry that they're just going to the apartment and not do anything, small sparks shoot out her fingers* You guys..you guys can do ANYTHING. You can stop bad guys, help people, hell, you could even try finding a cure for The Plauge! But you guys are just gonna go to an apartment?!
