This is gonna be a world of Heroes and Villains.

You can go around causing crime or fighting it.

You can use your oc's and a real super hero.

Rules:

1. No Killing without permission from the other user

2. No being over powered (Only 2 powers per person)

3. you don't have to have powers

4. PLEASE FOLLOW PROPER RP FORMAT!

5. NO GOD MODDING!

6. Characters don't have to be in TDI form

7. Please no teleporting (unless its your power but don't abuse it)

8. Characters have to go by their real names in public unless fighting or causing crime
