Is anybody ells excited about Damon being in amor with Elena.

I screamed when she dicho that, they just have this relationship that tu can tell that they amor each other but they also but heads so that's a good thing, But I'm not sure if I'm just excited because of that o because I was just right about Damon being in amor with her. I don't want Elena and Stephan to break up but at the same time I do and I so do not want history repeating it's self.
Stephan and Elena belong together better in the book series.
