Candice is still phenomenal, but Nina is ridiculously talented. The first time I watched TVD, it didn't even sink in that Katherine/Elena were played by the same actress. Besides having different personalities, Nina set these two characters apart by giving them each their own mannerisms, walks, smiles, even the look in their eyes.

I love Candice too, she was great when she played the newly transitioned Caroline. I picked Nina because she plays really well two completely different characters on the same show and sometimes at the same time. That's impressive!

Candice is so talented, but there are have been times during the show when I've had to remind myself that Elena and Katherine are played by the same actress. That's how good Nina is :)

Because she plays 2 charas. But Candice is still awesome!
