I think there were signs pointing to the fact that he was a jerk in Season 2, but it really stood out to me in Season 3, just like tyleroffice4 said.

The desk gave it away. I always liked Ryan when he was a temp though.

Ryan ios too sane for Scranton, and I always kind of appreciated his level-headiness-but, when he took the desk from Jim. Yeah-SO not cool!

Ryan never really bothered me until the 4th season

Ryan was alright at first, some things in season 3 and than just annoying in season 4.

If Ryan's a jerk so is everyone else.

He's not a big jerk, I always liked Ryan. but with the launch party I realised that he's a jerk

So.. He's just not as warm as the other people... It's not so bad!!

Ryan is such a major jerkoff in seasons three and four but it just really sunk in for me in season four.

I kind of love that Ryan's a jerk. It makes Michael seem so much more sympathetic in comparison.
